Cru Camp

What is Cru Camp?

Students accepted to UMHB are invited to join us for a fun day where you will be able to interact with current students and learn a little more about what you can look forward to as a student at UMHB. We encourage you to submit your enrollment/housing deposit prior to Cru Camp in order to secure your housing assignment and financial aid award and to register for your classes this fall. Cru Camp is for first time freshmen, if you are a transfer student, please sign up for advising during Crusader Connection.

Dates: 2012 Cru Camp Dates will be open for registration in early February

  • March 31 - closed

  • June 1

  • June 25

Incoming freshman may still be advised over the phone or in person on or after Monday, July 9th.  If you would like to make a phone or in-person advising appointment, please call the Transition Programs office at (254) 295-5068 or email Kristy at kbrischke@umhb.edu.

2:00-4:00 pm    "Get your Business Done" (Bookstore, Residence Life, Financial Aid, Health Center)

Groups C & D:

NOTE: Academic Advising and Registration will be available to students who have submitted their enrollment/housing deposits. Contact your Admissions Counselor to find out how to submit your deposit today.

The $30 Cru Camp fee provides all attendees with breakfast, lunch, and snacks through out the day.  The student will also receive a UMHB Cru Camp t-shirt.
