Pre-Cru Camp Checklist

There are a number of steps to complete before you arrive for Cru Camp. Use this checklist to be sure you are ready to attend Cru Camp and start your journey as a Crusader!

  1. Apply to UMHB
    This might seem like an obvious first step to many but if you are registering for Cru Camp but have not yet applied and been admitted to UMHB this is your first step. 
  2. Register for a Cru Camp Date
    Once you have been accepted to UMHB, you will need to select a Cru Camp date and register.
  3. Activate your student Single Sign-On account
    This will give you access to important UMHB services like Sadermail (Student Email) and myCampus which can be used to track your application process.
  4. Submit all of your transcripts
    You should submit an official copy of your high school transcript along with your application to UMHB. If you have any college transcripts from courses you have taken during high school you will want to submit those as well (ex. Dual Credit).
  5. Submit your SAT or ACT scores
    This is required for all first-time college students.
  6. Submit your Enrollment and Housing Deposit
  7. Submit your Vaccination Records
    This is required for all first-time college students. 
  8. Submit a photo to be used on your UMHB Cru Card (Student ID)
    Every student receives a CruCard that is used on and beyond UMHB's campus. Save some time by submitting your photo online. Be sure to read and follow the photo guidelines!
  9. Find nearby accomodations
    If you are planning on staying in the Belton/Temple area the night before or after Cru Camp, find a local hotel.
