Cru Camp

What is Cru Camp?

Students accepted to UMHB are invited to join us for a fun day where you will be able to interact with current students and learn a little more about what you can look forward to as a student at UMHB. We encourage you to submit your enrollment/housing deposit prior to Cru Camp in order to secure your housing assignment and financial aid award and to register for your classes this fall.

Dates:

  • April 10th* and 24th* 
  • June 4th, 11th, 18th and 28th

7:30    Registration (Chapel)
8:15    Welcome 
            - 8:30-9:30    Placement Testing for students 
            - 8:30-9:15    Student Panel for students not taking placements
8:30-9:15    Letting Go Session for Parents 
9:30-10:15    Q&A with Your College 
10:15    Instructions for Advising / Freshman Seminar Information 

Groups A & B:

10:30-12:30    Advising 
11:30-1:15    Lunch (Hardy)
1:30-3:30    Bookstore, Residence Life, Financial Aid 

Groups C & D:

10:30-11:30    Bookstore, Residence Life, Financial Aid

During Advising:

10:30 – 12:30 ; 1:30-3:30    Come & Go Sessions in PAC for those waiting to be advised.

NOTE: Academic Advising and Registration will be available to students who have submitted their enrollment/housing deposits. Contact your Admissions Counselor to find out how to submit your deposit today.
